Educational Qualification:
- A Graduation Degree in any discipline from a University/Institute recognized by the Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
- Candidates holding Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) are also eligible.

Salary Structure & Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed as Local Bank Officers in Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMG/S-I). The remuneration package is highly attractive:
- Basic Pay: Rs. 48,480/- per month (starting basic pay).
- Pay Scale: Rs. 48,480 – 2,000 (7) – 62,480 – 2,340 (2) – 67,160 – 2,680 (7) – 85,920.
Gross Salary (Approx.): The in-hand salary for a newly joined LBO is approximately Rs. 75,000/- to Rs. 85,000/- per month, depending on the posting location and other factors.
Selection Procedure
